my wife's car had a screw in one tire. I called on a Friday morning and they were able to get us in that afternoon. 3/4 of her tire pressure sensors we're out as well, so I asked about getting them replaced. they said "sure we can do that when we fix the flat". they were so friendly, fast, and the price was affordable! we will only be going here for tires and brakes from now on.

I was referred here multiple times. Got my tire changed in 10 minutes and $100 alignment on all 4 tires. This is the best tire service in town.

I had a flat yesterday, I called them to see if they could get me in and they told me to come over and they’d get me in. After about 30 minutes they called and told me my tire was toast and asked if I had a spare, I told them I wasn’t sure because I’ve never had to worry about it. Frank told me he’d look and let me know. About another 30 minutes and they called me to tell me they had the spare on and I was good to go. When I showed up and asked them the cost Frank told me not to worry about, it was free!!!!! I asked if I could order a new tire through them and they said yeah, it’ll be $138 and be here tomorrow. Frank asked me for the rim with the flat back so they could just get it ready to go when I came by the next day. I dropped my car off today and in about 35 minutes they had put my tire on. It was less than what they originally said, $128. I’ve NEVER had better service in my life. Everyone in the office was amazing and friendly. If you have tire issues, this is the only place you should ever go! I’d give them 50 stars if I could!

The guys at Falls Tire Service are great. I had so many questions. Most likely, very annoying questions born of ignorance. They handled me and my questions very professionally and were quite nice. Very personable. They laid everything out and explained things to me so that I could understand them. No pressure, just options and suggestions suited to my needs. Once we found a solution for my issue, they went to work. They were efficient and quite quick. My vehicle wasn't down long at all. I highly, highly recommend Falls Tire Service for you tire needs. Flexible payment options, good and honest employees who had me up and running and out the door quickly. They definitely earned my business. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed!
